Emma & Sally will be moving ahead in 2013 to some new and exciting work pursuits.

After an interstate move in January 2013 to the lovely Southern Highlands of NSW, Emma Blake will be amongst the flowers again in all things Bridal and Events. Emma is also continuing to make her paper, stick, vine sculpture pieces for exhibition and commissioned work.

Sally Adams has solo shows booked for this and next year starting with the Pave Festival at The General Emerald from the 12th April.  For those of you who visited our show at Yering, we are delighted that Sally has been invited to exhibit at Yering again next year around Easter time.   Sally's website will be up and running shortly so please visit sallyadams.com soon.  Commissions will also be available through the website.  The artwork above and below are recently completed commissions.

We thank everyone for the support and encouragement received on our Blake & Adams journey, it has been a wonderful experience making what we love and finding others who do too.

We're in!
It took two days, two artists and a very patient curator to get us there but we are very proud to announce that
Blake & Adams are officially open at Yering Art Space.
Day one was a mixture of measuring, re measuring, then
re measuring again-with a sale at lunchtime before we had opened, and finished with a quick wine tasting at the cellar door, a very 'Yering' experience!
Day two was much easier as we came in with "fresh eye's" and finished the job, adding final touches and labelling. Yering Art Space is a stunning venue, please come, enjoy the exhibition and all the Yarra Valley has to offer.

Lovely Spring madness has crept into our part of the world and it was impossible to resist the sweet faces not seen for months due to cool frost and slumber. Our gardens are brimming with colour and texture, so many choices, so little time!!!!
Lots of new ideas being played with for our show coming up at Yering Art Space
Dec 2012/Jan 2013, we will keep you posted on a few sneaky peeks!

Sculpture for Yering Station

We were asked by Yering to create some specific pieces for their stunning restaurant private event space the 'Deveaux Room', and lounge area. We wanted to create something for their magnificent five and a half metre long table that could showcase Yering's famous natural product so we wrangled our way through the winter pinot vines with the help of their very patient and helpful viticulturist. The outcome was two compact boat like structures that can float along the table alone beautifully, or be used as vessels to fill with fresh flower arrangements, or other natural produce (acorns, pomegranates, clusters of pinot noir grapes perhaps?). The second piece was to mimic a floral form that again reflected the vineyards in all their linear beauty.

A sneaky peek at what will soon be a permanent part of our wedding and events page, get ready for stunning seasonal colours....

After a successful Berwick Artfest - Art Melbourne was amazing!

Such a great vibe over the four days - really a great forum to showcase
Sally's canvas works, our fabulous paper camellias, make some great sales,
and catch up with wonderful friends and family.

What a successful show........and now CamArt is on the horizon for August.
